We can assist you with Blue Cross and Blue Shield plans in two ways:

On-Exchange (Get Covered Illinois)
- Get Covered Illinois is the health insurance marketplace where you can apply for financial assistance, including premium tax credits.
- We can help you with the application and enrollment process for available Blue Cross and Blue Shield plans.

Off-Exchange (Direct Enrollment)
- These plans are purchased directly from Blue Cross and Blue Shield.
- Financial assistance is not available for off-exchange plans.
- We can help you review available options and enroll directly.
Medicare Options
As licensed independent agents, we offer Medicare Advantage (MA), Medicare Advantage Prescription Drug (MAPD), standalone Prescription Drug (PDP), and Medicare Supplement (Medigap) coverage options from our contracted carriers for seniors and other Medicare-eligible individuals.
These types of coverage can differ in how benefits, prescription drug coverage, provider access, costs, and other plan features are structured. We can help you review available options, understand the differences between them, and answer questions about Medicare enrollment periods and coverage changes.

Group Health Insurance
